The team looked composed with Jasvir coming the center midfield, and partnering with Samson. The rude Prashant Jaggi of Royal Rangers got a yellow card in the 1st min for elbowing our striker, however after that he kept abusing and cursing the refree - who in turn became soft towards him. Our strikers, Ashok Kalkoti and Karthik played well and created quite a few chances in the 1st half. The defensive 4 of Munmun, Gopal Murmu, Bishu and Dotti were compact, and did not let their forwards slip through enough. When Coach Manish, introduced Jude in the 5th min of 2nd half, he created a good move with Jasvir on the right flank and crossed for Bosen Murmu - to tap in on the far post. Again after 10 min there was a good move on the right flank with a cross from the right flank, which was acrobatically volleyed in by Bosen, after trapping on his chest !Prithvi came in for Ashok in the second half for Ashok and had a good try on the goal too.
Overall, a comprehensive performance by the team, which defeated Charlton Chapman coached Royal Rangers ! We wish the team continues to play like this in the Delhi league, and in the NFL B Division too ! Congratulations to the coaching duo of Manish Kumar and Sanjay Negi.
