Elite Training Program

As you know, Simla Youngs Training Center is dedicated to make India qualify for the World Cup in 2014. For that to happen we need 15 world Class players by 2012. Our group training is going on at the Vinay Marg since Nov 2003. Now, we need the trainees to do a lot of individual training, a kind of homework, to become world class players.

Till the trainees become world class players, they shall cross small milestone.

<>Elite Training is a patented Simla Youngs Special Training, designed by Tushar Dev.

Tushar came to football with a strong middle distance background. He started playing in Delhi Soccer Association Leagues at the age of 30. Realising how clumsy he was in front of the goal, he starting thinking of ways to improve his finishing skills. Using his Management Training background, he did research of videos, books and linked it to his experience of missing sitters. Eventually, he devised 17 sessions of 30 min each, to improve different aspects of the game. Within 5 years he became one of the top 3 strikers of Delhi, with a strike rate of 7 conversions out of 10.

Using the same module on different players in Delhi, we have succeeded with the following players :

Yuv Seghal for RS Junior Modern : Top Scorer of SYFC U10 School League in 2005.

Sarthak Kumar - Do - in 2006

Neil Singhal - Do - in 2007

Prithviraj Dev - Modern School Barakhamba Road, has made into the Simla Youngs Senior team in 2007 and 2008.

The training is intense, individualistic and designed to improve your all round football skills.

Fees : Rs 25,000 a year.
